隊伍建設：
昌達制氧非常重視技術隊伍的組織建設，選拔了一批技術業務過硬、現場經驗豐富的技術人員，同時通過整合社會資源對客戶實施技術支持。
快速反應：
公司建立并完善了快速反應系統，即接到用戶要求服務信息后，在2小時內給予處置意見，需要派人時300公里以內8小時內到達現場，300公里以外48小時內到達現場。
服務規范：
公司建立并完善了為客戶服務的規范體系，建立了完整的客戶檔案。
用戶培訓：
為使客戶更好的掌握設備技術，發揮設備得最佳經濟效益，公司建立了對客戶技術和管理的高級人員、檢修班長及運行人員的用戶培訓機制。

Contingent Construction：
KFAIR attaches great importance to construction of technical forces,and a group of technicians with excellent skills and rich on-site experiences are trained.And at the same time,by integrating social workforces,we provide technical supports to customers.
Rapid Reaction:
There is a good rapid reaction system in the company.Problem solving measures must be given within 2 hour from the time that service information arrives.when technicians are needed to be onsite,they must be there less than 8 hours within a distance of 300km,and get there less than 24 hours beyond a distance of 300km.
